About
Mobile Reality is a Warsaw software and AI development firm building AI-powered platforms, agents and SaaS products for real-estate and B2B clients.
Who They Work With
Fintech and proptech product teams that want LLM agents or AI forms built into a JavaScript platform by a small senior team.

Our Take
Mobile Reality's most inspectable AI engineering is its own: the open-source MDMA framework for LLM-generated forms, a LoRA fine-tune of Gemma 4 26B published on Hugging Face to generate it, and the MR. Agent sales assistant on its site, which runs a tool-calling loop over OpenRouter with Convex vector search and writes leads into HubSpot.
On the client side, one AI case study names its client—Nestmedic, whose Pregnabit CTG analysis algorithms the team developed in R on AWS—while the churn model for a payments company, the 30,000-SKU sales forecast for a German filtration maker and the property-valuation engine trained on 7.5 million notarial acts are anonymous and publish no accuracy figures; the invoice pipeline (Mistral OCR, Claude, around 500 documents a month) names no client at all.
The forecasting study ends with the client approving a rollout rather than a system in use, and the churn and forecasting pages read as keyword copy more than engineering write-ups.
The weaker fit is buyers who need a named reference for a client model in production, or a data-science bench rather than a JavaScript product team that builds AI features.
Key strengths
- MDMA can be checked before a call: npm packages, a public GitHub repo and a fine-tuned Gemma 4 model whose Hugging Face card states the LoRA method, input contract and license
- The invoice pipeline write-up names each stage—Mistral OCR, Claude classification at temperature 0, Claude parsing to JSON, NBP exchange rates—plus idempotent reruns and failure alerts
- Registered details are public: Mobile Reality sp. z o.o. at Grzybowska 62 in Warsaw with VAT and REGON numbers, and co-founders Matt and Marcin Sadowski named
Good to know
- Every client ML study except Pregnabit is anonymous and none reports model accuracy—ask for a named reference and the evaluation numbers behind the work you are buying
- The team page lists frontend, backend, blockchain, QA and DevOps roles but no data scientist—ask who would build and maintain a model beyond LLM API integration
- The press release says MDMA-based AI Headless Forms is deployed in fintech and proptech without naming a client—ask to see one of those deployments
