2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using AIAgencies.eu, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the website.

3. The Service

AIAgencies.eu is a curated directory of AI agencies and consultancies based in Europe. We review listings editorially against publicly available evidence and provide tools for buyers to discover and contact agencies. We do not provide AI, consulting, or development services ourselves, and we are not a party to any contract between buyers and agencies.

4. Listings and Eligibility

Agencies listed in the directory must:

  • Provide accurate and truthful information
  • Maintain an active, legitimate business with a presence in Europe (EU/EEA, UK, or Switzerland)
  • Show published evidence of real AI delivery (named clients, deployed work, or verifiable engagements)
  • Respond to inquiries in a professional manner

Inclusion is an editorial decision and can be declined or revoked. We may remove or unpublish listings that no longer meet these requirements, misrepresent their services, or request removal (section 8). Listing data is compiled from public sources and from information submitted by agencies; the editorial assessment and scores are our own work.

5. Paid Services

One thing can be paid for on AIAgencies.eu: the Pro subscription. It is never inclusion, score, or rank — those are not for sale, at any price, to anyone. Listing an agency and claiming an existing listing are free.

5.1 Pro Subscription (€49/month founding rate, €99/month regular)

  • Expedited Verified Review included. When Pro is purchased for a listing that has not yet passed editorial review, the subscription starts a priority review: your submission is reviewed within 5 business days and your published evidence is verified. This prices review priority and labor, not the outcome.
  • The subscription does not buy acceptance. Acceptance remains an editorial decision and rejection is possible. If the listing is rejected, the subscription ends automatically and the first month's fee is retained as the review fee — the paid review work was performed either way. No further charges are made.
  • Service-level remedy: if we fail to complete the review within 5 business days of the subscription starting, the review fee is refunded automatically and in full. Non-refundability never applies to our own failure to deliver the paid work.
  • For accepted listings, Pro adds: instant full-detail lead relay, detailed visit analytics, priority placement in featured slots, an editorial response right, and the verified badge treatment. It never changes a score, a rank, or an editorial assessment.
  • Founding price lock: the €49/month founding rate is limited to the first 30 Pro subscriptions and is kept for as long as the subscription remains continuously active. If the subscription is cancelled or lapses, the founding rate is not restored. Annual options are available.
  • Cancel anytime via the billing portal; Pro features remain active until the end of the paid period. Fees for the current period are not refunded on cancellation.
  • Pro is offered to businesses (B2B). By subscribing you confirm you act in the course of business and, where the review is included, you request performance to begin immediately.
  • Prices are exclusive of VAT. Any VAT due is calculated and shown at checkout based on your location and VAT status. Where the EU reverse-charge mechanism applies, no VAT is added. A VAT invoice is issued for every payment.

5.2 What is never sold

  • Inclusion in the directory, position in any ranking, and editorial scores or assessments.
  • Links: the followed link on a profile is earned by installing the verification badge (available on the free path too) and is never sold as a separate item.

6. Accounts

  • Agency and buyer accounts require accurate registration details; you are responsible for keeping credentials secure.
  • Claiming a listing requires verification via a work email on the agency's own domain, followed by curator approval.
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts used for abuse, impersonation, spam, or misrepresentation.
  • Personal data connected to accounts is handled per the privacy policy (EU data residency, GDPR rights).

7. Leads and Contact

Contact forms relay messages from prospective buyers to agencies. We do not guarantee any volume or quality of inquiries, and we take no commission on any resulting engagement. Free listings receive lead notifications; Pro listings receive the full message detail instantly. Misuse of contact forms for spam or solicitation is prohibited.

8. Trademarks, Logos, and Takedown

Agency names, logos, and marks belong to their respective owners and are used to identify the listed businesses. If you are an authorized representative of a listed agency and want a correction, a logo removed, or the whole listing unpublished:

  • Email hello@aiagencies.eu from a work address on the agency's domain (or provide other proof of authority), naming the listing and the requested change.
  • We review takedown requests within 10 business days and remove or correct content where the request is substantiated.
  • Unpublished listings are taken out of the directory and their URLs redirected or retired; we may retain minimal internal records of the removal.

9. User Conduct

When using the website, you agree not to:

  • Submit false or misleading information
  • Interfere with the website's operation or attempt to bypass its protections
  • Use the directory or its contact forms for spam or unsolicited marketing
  • Impersonate another person or agency

10. Disclaimer

We review listings against published evidence, but we do not guarantee the quality, availability, or suitability of any listed agency for your project. Conduct your own due diligence before engaging any agency. We are not responsible for disputes between buyers and agencies.

11. Intellectual Property

The AIAgencies.eu name, mark, website design, editorial assessments, and scoring system are our intellectual property. Agency logos and content belong to their respective owners. You may not reproduce our editorial content at scale without permission; quoting with attribution is welcome.

12. Limitation of Liability

AIAgencies.eu is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Hungarian law. Mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected where they apply.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service; the date above reflects the current version. Material changes to paid services are communicated to affected subscribers. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
