The free queue is reviewed in 60-90 days; the Pro plan includes an Expedited Verified Review completed within 5 business days. Paying never changes the outcome — acceptance stays editorial.
How do I claim my existing profile?
Visit the Claim Profile page. You'll verify ownership via a work email on your agency's domain. Claimed profiles can propose profile updates and see their visit stats.
Is it free to be listed?
Yes. Listing is free and stays free. The one thing that can be paid for is the Pro plan (€49/mo founding rate, €99/mo regular): a 5-business-day expedited verified review at submission, then instant full-detail lead relay, detailed visit analytics, priority placement in featured slots, the editorial response right, AI visibility in depth (where AI assistants look in your markets, every answer, the trend across sweeps, and what they say about your firm by name), up to six case-study cards on the listing (image, outcome line, summary and link, each reviewed before it goes live), and the Pro badge on the listing once accepted. Payment never affects inclusion, score, or rank.
