The Druid Learning build is the one to read: a content-intelligence platform with the stack published in full—transformer classifiers and spaCy named-entity recognition for topic labeling across 140+ languages, OCR and PDF parsing to split assets out of legacy files, Airflow and Kafka for resumable batch runs—and a client testimonial on the same page calling it the indexing and categorization engine their product depends on, at 500k+ assets processed.
EduSmart Planner for CJ Fallon is the second substantial one, parsing curriculum PDFs into month-wise plans and generating lesson plans and quizzes at 250+ schools and 4,500+ teachers, though the AI there is Eden AI and ChatGPT called through their APIs rather than anything trained—a different kind of engineering from the Druid work, and worth knowing which one you are buying.
