The AI evidence sits in the Matching Engine, Spanish Point's own music-rights platform, live across 13 markets that distribute €2.6 billion in royalties a year: CISAC commissioned a fraud-detection build on Azure Databricks and Cognitive Services, with a model the firm trained on similarity to famous works, creator tenure and submission rates.
That study is explicit that the model is a pilot now being folded into the product—the 98% auto-match and 70% faster processing figures belong to the platform rather than to the model—so what the evidence shows is production infrastructure with an ML feature maturing inside it.
