Our Take
The clearest published work is an elevator predictive-maintenance system built with Hundt Consult on manufacturer-independent IoT motion data—over three million records a day, per its eAward 2025 nomination—and RE:QGate, a real-estate data-quality platform co-developed with EY and run as a managed service with a customer login.
Neither is written up as a case study: no end client, accuracy figure or before-and-after result is published, and the logos on the homepage are cloud vendors, EY, TU Wien, incubators and awards rather than clients.
Two further products, the AIVEY analytics assistant and the Nexcility facility-management tool, are shown at pre-launch and pitch stage.
The weaker fit is buyers outside real estate and building operations: the energy, retail and public-sector industry pages carry no project.
