Best AI Automation Agencies in Barcelona (September 2026)

Automation is sold three different ways on this page, and the difference matters more than the shared label. cronuts.digital productizes automation and agent workflows for growth and revenue teams, publishing named-client cases against a much longer client list that runs to eighteen names including Louis Vuitton, Telefónica and IESE Business School. Conectia comes at it from engineering rather than growth—language-model, retrieval and agent builds delivered by CTO-led squads, its clearest published example a live Spanish legaltech platform whose retrieval is chunked at legislative article boundaries instead of fixed token windows. Two things about Conectia are worth knowing before you call: most of what it sells is senior engineers staffed into your own team, and its largest published engagement is identity infrastructure with no AI in it. Konektor Group publishes agent, chatbot and process-automation work, but no case study and no named client behind it.

Automation fails at the edges rather than in the demo, so ask about the edges first. What does the workflow do when it meets a case the rules do not cover—stop, escalate, or guess? Whose accounts do the connections into your systems run in, and what survives the engagement ending? Then ask what a thousand executions cost today against what they cost in the pilot, because automation that pays for itself at test volume can invert at production volume. Conectia is the only firm here carrying a published rate, and at €20-40/hr on third-party directories it sits well under the European band—that reflects a nearshore delivery model its own case studies describe openly, with engineers in Latin America and Asia rather than in Barcelona, so ask where your team would actually sit and how many hours it overlaps with yours.
