Our Take
A conversational AI practice with an enterprise client list that would flatter a firm three times its size: ATG, Telia, Nordea, Volvo, Hertz, Unionen.
Three engagements are published. The ATG assistant makes complex betting data legible for V85 horse racing, a domain where the data is genuinely dense. JABS needed guidance across a 60,000-product catalog. The Verbum work is the most interesting: a conversational interface over church regulatory documents, built for guaranteed accuracy with source transparency—which is the correct engineering concern for a retrieval system over rules, and the reason to take this team seriously.
Delivery runs on its own platform, with named products for growth assistance, voice and customer service.
What is missing is measurement. None of the three cases publishes what changed, so the systems are described but not evidenced in use. Best for a company that wants a conversational layer over difficult content; ask for the accuracy figures the Verbum work implies exist.
