Odysi builds AI agents for customer service: WhatsApp agents that answer customers from the company's own rules, collect photos and documents, open requests in the company's platform and hand unusual cases to a person with the full conversation, and email agents that draft replies a person reviews and sends. We also build AI process automation and AI document review, all built on each client's own rules. Every agent goes live only after passing a written acceptance test agreed with the client, and the client owns the documentation behind it.
Odysi is a remote AI studio with its base in Madrid, working with companies across Spain and abroad. It was founded in 2025 by Thomas Trincado and Mike Tucci, who do the work themselves, in English and Spanish.
