Our Take
MS iHub's five published case studies name their clients, Henkel, Domel, TehnoLES and Videolectures.net among them, but only one describes an AI system in enough detail to check: a generator that wrote more than 15,000 product descriptions for TehnoLES, a woodworking-tools store with a 12,000-product catalog, with 25% more product clicks reported on the case page.
Henkel's workforce-planning tool is called AI-driven without a model or method named, and its headline figure changes between pages (a 35% cut in line downtime on the index card, 20% faster scheduling in the case itself); the Domel e-bike lock and the Videolectures.net rebuild are software projects with no AI component.
MS iHub publishes no hourly rate itself; the €45–85/h shown here comes from a third-party directory listing, and its own pages quote project minimums of both €3,000 and €5,000.
The weaker fit is buyers who need a machine-learning system operated at scale: only the founder is named, and one client's Clutch review describes a single developer on its project.
