Our Take
Two of the eight published case studies describe systems that run: a containerized set of requisition-processing algorithms for Maersk Line, exposed as a single API and reported to handle 100,000-plus requisitions a year across 213 ports and 344 vessels, and Flowform, Flowtale's own document-automation platform, deployed into LEMAN's Azure environment with Infrastructure-as-Code and wired into their transport management system, cutting booking handling from up to 15 minutes to just over 6.
The Ekstra Bladet write-up is the one that shows method—gradient boosting, random forest and support vector machines benchmarked with caret—and it publishes a 48% accuracy on one gender class beside 92% on the other, rather than only the figure that flatters.
Against that, no individual is named on either flowtale.ai or the Flowform product site—no team page, no founders, no engineers—three of the eight studies report qualitative outcomes with no numbers, and the homepage logo wall carries 19 companies against those eight published engagements.
The weaker fit is buyers who want a generative-AI build with the model named, or a named ML lead on the account: the published work is classical machine learning, data engineering and document automation delivered by a team the site keeps anonymous.
