## About this market
Automation is the Vienna category where the roster is smallest and the positioning strongest, so read it carefully. Waterglass is the established entry, listed here on the head-office rule after its own FAQ ruled out the Munich office it was first proposed under. agency28 publishes automation offerings and named clients but no engagement behind them. Blck Alpaca is the newest and the most specific: a 2024 firm that pivoted out of content production into AI agents and workflow automation, publishing named work for the industrial supplier IPEC Group and the energy firm Biopower.

The useful screen at this size is who operates the automation afterward. A three-person shop that built you a workflow and a fifty-person consultancy that will run it are different purchases, and the price difference is not the whole story—ask what happens when the automation is wrong and nobody from the agency is available.
