## About this market
Agents are the category where positioning runs furthest ahead of deployment across Europe, so read this page for what each firm says it builds rather than for the label. Syncronika, a Milan system integrator working since 2010, describes the least glamorous version: multi-agent orchestration with retrieval, evaluation and guardrails, wired into existing ERP and CRM—written as method on a capability page, with no client deployment written up; the agent it shows running is its own AgenVIO product. SylloTips, founded in Rome in 2022 and carrying offices in London and New York, starts from a narrower premise—that the knowledge an enterprise most needs is undocumented—and builds human-in-the-loop agents to capture it for customer support, sales enablement and advisor onboarding. Algoretico brings the Milan software-house version, with conversational avatars and multimodal search among the systems it publishes. Vocalime is the voice specialist, a studio of fewer than ten people trading since 2020, whose published client work is Alexa skills for Lavazza and the children's animation studio Rainbow.

Vocalime's profile carries a third-party directory rate and nobody else here shows one, so that figure anchors a small voice build and tells you nothing about an enterprise agent program. Two questions separate a deployment from a pitch. What is the agent not permitted to do without a human, and what happens when it is unsure—does it escalate, does it log the decision, does anyone read the log? Ask third what the agent may write to. An agent that only reads is a search box with better manners; the ones that change a record in an ERP carry both the value and the risk, and a firm that works inside those systems should be able to describe the rollback without preparing it first.
