## About this market
Austrian software companies buying AI end up choosing between the go-to-market layer and the product layer, and this roster splits along that seam. On the commercial side, Blck Alpaca has built custom AI agents, marketing automation and AI-search visibility for German-speaking B2B companies since 2024; wukonig.com has run online marketing in Graz since 1999 and now monitors AI-search visibility, audits crawlability and tracks prompts; allUpp implements Salesforce and Agentforce agents as a recognized Agentforce Implementation Expert, which is a CRM purchase before it is an AI one. On the product side, Dev House Austria builds custom AI applications and language-model integrations, and agency28 builds self-hosted workflow automation for small and mid-sized B2B clients.

On price, agency28 and Blck Alpaca both publish €130–170/hr while Dev House Austria publishes €20–40/hr; the rest quote privately. The question that separates a feature from a liability is what it costs per request in month twelve, and who is watching its output quality by then.
